Tastes great and helps me recover from workout quicker |

I just started taking this, not as recommended, but one serving after my workout. I take all things in moderation. But i have noticed a quicker recovery from after my workouts then from taking nothing at all. I don't really have anything to compare it to but it tastes great and works quick. |

heavy metals in Muscle Milk |
See July 2010 Consumer Reports magazine (page 27) re heavy metals - lead, arsenic and cadmium - in Muscle Milk.
Do your research before ingesting. I recommend egg whiles as safer protein with all the aminos. |

After ordering this, I saw on Fox News and Consumer Reports that this is really unhealthy. I can not believe they market this stuff w/o regard for the dangerous levels of heavy metals that are in it. Shame on Muscle Milk! |
