I've read about Crest WhiteStrips for awhile now. First day I got them I put them on and about a day later I noticed results. Not only did I notice but I also received compliments from family members,co-workers, and customers (at work). When I use these I wear the top strips for 30 minutes and then I wear the bottom strips for 30 minutes (alternate). I find this routine to be helpful because I can still talk easily. I also have had some sensitivity but nothing I couldn't handle. I just used the strips every other day. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to brighten their smile. |
